Pulse Design Co offers both subscription-based design services through the Pulse App and one-off services such as WordPress builds. Customers can submit design requests, manage their company's brands, and purchase individual services via the app or website.
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You must register for an account to use the Pulse App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and should notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Access to our subscription services requires a monthly subscription fee. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law. One-off services, such as WordPress builds, are billed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our fees with prior notice.
All designs created by Pulse Design Co are the property of the agency, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for their company's branding and marketing purposes only.
Users agree not to misuse our services or help anyone do so. You agree not to interfere with our services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions that we provide.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Our services are provided "as is". We and our suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Pulse Design Co, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
